I'm surprised he hasn't just made a new email/twitter account if he's trying to tweet and it's not working.
Not if he doesn't know that no one can see his tweets. My guess is to him he can see the tweets on his twitter but no one else can ,so he doesn't know we can't see them and just keeps going
