No lies detected. Kuroko took itself way too seriously at times, especially with that flashback near the end of the series. They were only in middle school, for crying out loud!
Haikyuu is much more enjoyable because of it's lightheartedness. There are no over the top evil villains, and the sport itself is more grounded in reality, but it makes the plays and the victories so much sweeter.
Season 3 this fall is going to slay effortlessly. Already an AOTY contender, along with Season 2.
Agree. Kuroko wasn't terrible, but I kept getting irritated at how unrealistic it was sometimes and how every game went pretty much the same way, with them down by a huge amount and somehow coming back in so little time. I got a bit tired of watching Kuroko near the end but I enjoyed watching Haikyuu all the way through and found everything so much more real.

I tried getting into anime last year, and I liked the few shows I saw, I guess the reason I don't watch more is because it's not on American TV, I used to have a Crunchyroll account though, and I could always start using that again.
