Yes, they do. Sans Aura, it has one of the strongest openings of any pop album I've heard (tracks 2-8 are all great), and even the lackluster songs still have their charm. (For instance, Gaga is the only pop star who could pull off something as cheesy as Donatella.)

The Fame and The Fame Monster are a lot more accessible than ARTPOP. Try getting into those. Born This Way is more polarizing.

I read a rumor, a long time ago, that Interscope didn't think Poker Face would do well in the US, which was why they wanted Gaga to do Starstruck with Flo Rida for the US version of the album, so they could have a backup option in case that happened. Does anyone know if there's truth to this, or does it remain a theory?

Jewels n' Drugs is the most underrated song from ARTPOP.

I'm convinced that you have to be racist to not like it. It's a banger. And the bridge is one of the best things Gaga has done in her career to date.

Manicure actually got played, on GMA commercials I think?
I remember back in the Artpop era the song was always lingering between 1100-1400 on iTunes and it turned out that was going on because some Tv show was consistently using it, like every day
