Also, the Battle Frontier wasn't in G/S either, but they still added one. Yeah it was the same one from Platinum but they still made a point to improve on something that wasn't even in the game. Not to mention how HG/SS added a whole new part to the map, fixed a lot of the squeezed in Kanto, took the elements introduced into Crystle version, and gave us a couple new features. That's how you do a remake.
Like I said, ORAS was a PS3 from PS4 HD collection with added DLC story. A cheap and easy profit.

And you know what? Some people actually liked getting them as part of the story, going to a new location for players who never had the Eon Ticket, and getting their Mega. So saying it's "messed up" just doesn't work.
And now you're literally just changing your story from "they didn't even improve thing x" to "they didn't include thing x that wasn't in the game at all but was in the third version, like they did in one other pair of remakes." Sure, that could have been your argument from the start, but it wasn't.
HGSS added a new map area. Um, well, so did ORAS in all the Mirage spots, the complete redesign of important locations (which I mentioned earlier), etc. ORAS also gave us new features that played a massive part in the game, like the DexNav (as the most glaringly obvious example). If you want to talk about fixing the map like Kanto, you could talk about them shortening the water routes everyone bitches about so much for RSE, though I really didn't like them shortening those routes.
Like, I understand and respect that you can simply have the opinion that ORAS wasn't good, but none of your reasoning supports the claim that it wasn't good. There are plenty of signs of significant improvement, innovation, and good gameplay. I just feel like you're simply not satisfied with what we got, not that we didn't get anything.
