Bernie is running for president (even though he is not going to be nominated) because he is sick of the corruption that is happening in our government. he's bringing attention to the flawed political system. in addition to the republican party being messy, he's calling out the democrat party for its greed and violation of the political process. Debbie Schultz has done a terrible job for the DNC. I was horrified to learn that she has undone a part of Obama's legacy which was to stop being paid by lobbyists during the election season and now she lifted that policy. How could she do that to Obama. I am so sick of money and greed corrupting our government. i am so tired of seeing the working/middle class get the short end of the stick in everything. i am sick of seeing voting suppression. i admire hillary and her accomplished as a politician, however i was upset when she said in that interview that she will be the nominee and there is no question about it. that was so awful of her to say that because not all states have voted and what she said came across to those people that they shouldn't bother voting. that is so undemocratic. hillary should've worded her words better but i was disturbed by that. voting is one of most precious rights we have in our country. a key piece to the founding of country. So, please stop criticizing bernie for staying in the race or debating trump. he's an american citizen and has the right to run. people in the states that haven't voted have the right to vote. ok, im done ranting. i hope all of you guys will understand my frustration with the political process and the behavior shown on here.

A lot of this is really accurate.
I'm sorry, guys, but you walked into the presidential primary expecting nothing but an inevitable win for Hillary (which is happening). You're completely refusing the idea that she got challenged by another person whom people liked, respected and trusted. You think Hillary somehow 'deserves' this, when, she really just has to work for it (which she did, and she did a good job). You're taking party loyalty over what the people are trying to voice; the truth is, nearly half of the Democratic Party, and almost half of the states in the union, voted for a 74 year-old socialist Jew from Vermont who wasn't a Democrat up until a couple of months ago over Hillary Clinton. Clearly, there's a frustration with the system and that's a platform that needs to be spoken about and worked on. Yes, he lost the nomination to Hillary Clinton and she deserves every single credit for running that strong campaign, but, his message is not losing and it has been permanently stamped as a signature in the hearts of millions; people want to see change in the government, they want big money out of politics, they want transparency, they want a
lot of things and I don't think we need to be throwing tantrums and someone who raised all of these issues, got the younger base involved, and nearly half of the Democratic Party on board (despite not being a Democrat for 99% of his life, being a 74 year-old socialist from Vermont) just because you were registered Democrat longer than he was. It's shallow, it's materialistic, there are other things you could be thinking about and working on.
