One thing I'm really loving about this album is how there are harmonies consistently and seamlessly throughout the album. With Reflection, there was either no harmonies at all or the odd really obvious harmony moments that felt like they were just having harmonies for the sake of having them. But they really sound like a genuine group on this album, and I'm so happy about that.

Almost done Gonna Get Better. I still find it pretty boring tbh. It's a bit better than the snippets made it out to be though, but it's still fighting with The Life for my least favourite song on the album.

Don't really get the over-the-top Scared of Happy praise. It's a lot better than I thought it'd be after that second snippet, but I still found it somewhat uninteresting. Not a very good song to put after Gonna Get Better if you ask me.

Dope is literally giving me CHILLS. I've never heard their voices sound more angelic than they do on this song I can definitely see this being one of my most played tracks on the album. If I had one tiny complaint about the song, I find using the "f**king dope" phrase three times in the chorus is a biT unnecessary.

is it me or someone else also feel like Dinah voice is not made for chorus, she is fire in flex but in scared of happy and squeeze, it doesn't sound much good

Lyrically, I can definitely see why No Way was originally meant for Reflection, but the production and their vocals and harmonies are so above and beyond Reflection's style that I'm happy it didn't make the cut since it would have felt out of place on Reflection. It fits perfectly on this album, though - an incredible album closer

The production is stellar. I love how it builds, then falls out to highlight the vocals, then builds during the bridge only to explode during the final choruses.

The pre-chorus is addictive too. Just let the melody sweep you over, shelven.

Those harmonies...

And then there's the lyrics. I love it.

No Way's lyrics are better than anything that actually made the first album.

Did they rerecord the song for 7/27 or did they use the takes from the first album?

If the hadn't already released The Life as promo single, it would've deff be one of the future singles. Hell I'd still push it. This H&M next to me already has it on their playlist.
It's a great ear worm + radio ready + streaming ready + a godly bop, yall need an ear checkup.

Write On Me also deserves to be single + would do better more than most of the tracks yall suggesting. The fact we got all those new songs today is messing with yall's thinking big time.

the point is, this is a great album with a lot of great single choices afterall, they BETTA not mess this up.

Lol The Life would flop badly.

They made the right choices singles wise. For the 4th single, I'd go with I Lied (about going solo).
