Japan is where all the money lies, which is why Kpop labels try so hard to break their lil groups into the J- market. Why would aspiring Japanese idols regress the other way?


But it's recently starting to change with Yuta and the J-trinity so I'm excited for the current one way relationship to change!

According to reports by Herald POP, YGE gained a total of 9.4 billion KRW (~8.2 million USD) in operating profit for the 1st quarter of 2016. This is a 32.6% increase since last year, and the highest profit earned since the label's establishment in 1996.

SM Entertainment's operation profit for the 1st quarter came out at 9 billion KRW (~7.7 million USD), a 139.8% increase since last year.

I think YG knows that the tea is not in music anymore, that company BANKED GOOD but only with acting and stuff.

With WG he skipped Japan and went straight to America because he got too confident, wanted to live his dream of breaking into the US market through WG, and I guess didn't feel like competing with all the SM acts in Japan.

Miss A is Miss A. They lack the stan/fanbase quality, which is SO important in Japan.

He made sure that all three Japanese trainees were in TWICE to create the already famous J-line. He has plans for them in Japan for sure and I can't wait.

I'm pretty sure Suzy's the reason why Miss A's lack of rigorous promo. Miss A's comebacks were probably based off whether Suzy felt like doing one and probably with a lot of persuading and negotiations.

She's been so past and above Miss A for a long time.
