I think they will. There are a lot of conservative radio stations in the midwest that don't play any song with a rap in it. I know there was a station here in indiana that even made an advertising saying they refused to play urban music then played Problem without the raps and then Eminem
They will do it if they want to have it played in conservative areas. In Indiana the main pop station and the rap station will play it but there are two slightly smaller pop stations that won't play WFH as often as they'll play that old ass stitches song and Rachel Pattson basic ass. Not playing rap versions is midwestern radio's way of only playing cookie cutter white artist and not playing any urban artist on their stations who happen to be black. Not all but some do it.
