The sad thing is if xtina didn't misstep so often in her career, she'd actually be a voice of her generation.
The fact that more people are going to say Adele, beyonce or even kelly clarkson.

The voice of no one's generation trying to align herself with whitney is as tacky as when timberlake (who had no problem distancing himself from MJ when he was going through it and pretending his true influence came from Frank sinatra until MJ passed away) decided to jump on a song with MJ as if they were cool before MJ passed.
