Maybe they would if anyone has heard about them. Lemonade is a musical non-event. Equivalent of that Kim Kardashian magazine cover that broke the Internet. Everyone talked about it for a day and moved on.
You guys forget about Drake, Calvin Harris & Kygo.
Drake's not an actual "pop" artist but I suppose he could fit the bill. His current era confirms him being Tier 1/2. Idk about Kygo & Calvin isn't really a force on his own, or at least not in the U.S.
It spent nine weeks at #1.
