like of course it's only 3/5 but i totally understand the point of view theyre going for. Like they recognize arianas superb talents and realise that her voice fits best on like old school soul and r&B vibes, and criticize that her album is full of different vibes that end up blurring her musical identity. which is true. but personally as a pop star you have to be versatile and you need to deliver lots of angles. but at least they said this "Grande may not have settled on a sound, but she's still an outsized, dangerous talent.
