When people say that they're referring to their titles which IMO is dramatic. All their titles post Gee have been A+, but yes Lion Heart is the only full Korean album you need by them. Feel free to explore their old albums though. They usually have 1-2 good album tracks (i.e. Trick from The Boys album).
As for their Japanese material, they haven't been able to top their 1st album, but all of them have been A+ albums, so download all of those if you haven't. (Moonlight sis, you better have checked these out already).
