Cersei is the heir of Caterly Rock, Sansa has no claim neither to Riverrun nor the Westerlands because she's a traitor.
By Westerosi Law, the males always claim before the females, even if they're eldest, which is why Edmure, Hoster Tully's youngest son is Lord of Riverrun, not Catelyn, his eldest daughter. This applies everywhere, except Dorne where women claim first.
So no, Cersei is not heiress to anything, not unless Tyrionn dies, which he's assumed to be, but he could come back. And if he does Sansa is still his wife and she could be Lady of the Rock.
And if Edmure dies, and his unborn child die in The upcoming battle of the twins, by law, Catelyn Tully's eldest claims Riverrun, which would be Bran, then Rickon, both of whom can't claim, one is absent and the other captive, then would come Sansa, she can claim the Riverlands for herself, the King can issue a decree to name her a traitor but he hasn't, Little Finger has made sure of it because that would destroy his entire game.
Lemme add to this, in the show they could simplify the storyline of the books. If Sweetrobin dies, who is Sansa's cousin, she also has a claim for The Vale of Arryn, because Robin is the last Arryn alive.
She could literally own everything but the Stormlands, The Crownlands, Highgarden and Dorne. That's half of the continent. Why do you think LF wants her so badly?

The North alone, is half the continent (in size). Sansa's made great strides since her rape days, but I don't see her ruling even a quarter of Westeros.

I'm not saying she will, I'm saying the connections are there for it to happen, this is the basis of LF's plan.
He tried to make everything happen to make her gather the most land, why do you think he made the sugestion she needed to Marry Tyrionn, it favoured his position with the crown at the moment and helped her seize a claim to the Rock. He's been playing a long game.
But I'll be happy with her reigining the North in peace.
Technically I think basically the Freys rule Riverrun right now. Though I think in theory Sweetrobin might be the *rightful* heir, being male?
Tyrion isn't an heir to Casterly Rock rightfully unless he's acquitted of murdering his nephew the king.
I don't think Sansa has any claim to the Vale because she has no drop of Arryn blood. Surely somewhere out there, there's someone who's a little bit Arryn. I know in the books there are other lines of Arryns.
She says she doesn't need dragons to win the Iron Throne.
What does it mean? She's gonna give up on her children.

No, I think she means that she doesn't need her dragons to save her every time she's in trouble. Obviously, she'll never give up her dragons, but it's nice to know that if she's in a bad situation, she can work it out herself. I like that way more than Drogon swooping in and saving her again which is what I thought was going to happen.

Tyrion has no claim because he's a traitor just like Sansa, that's the reason why Sansa became Alayne otherwise she would have been captured and killed. Lords lose claims when they're enemies of the realm. Right now the Lannisters control the realm so no Sansa has no claim to anything until the Lannisters are stripped from power. That's why in the books Roose married Ramsay to Arya(Jeyne).
Also, consorts of lords and kings/queens dont have a claim to their lands, Sansa has no claim to the vale since she has no Arryn blood neither to Caterly Rock cause he has no Lannister blood.

It's a bit complicated because Tywin never named Tyrion heir of Casterly Rock that's one of the reasons he was so mad at his father. Furthermore,
before Kevan Lannister's death
, he was making arrangements for Cersei to return to Casterly Rock so she can find a husband and rule as Lady of Casterly Rock.
If Tyrionn comes back her marriage to Ramsay would be annuled and she could be Lady of The Rock of Casterly too, because Jaime is a Kingsguard and he has no claim to the Rock, Tyrionn does.
She could own half of Westeros if the right moves are made, which is what LF wants.
Cercie isn't the heir to anything, unless she remarried which she wont.
If sweetRobin died I am pretty sure little finger would run the vale. What the posters is saying Sansa has the most connection (yes she do) if she (or and little finger) play their card she could be one of the most powerful and fearful person in all of westeros. She is they key too little finger snatching the crown.
The Lannister except for tyrion will all be whipp out anyway by next season at the latest.
If I were amongst a group of people whose king(s) just got murdered by some woman I'd never met before, I would be much more likely to want to slay her ass than to bow down to her. I mean, I suppose the Dothraki do it differently, but.
