Does Lithuania have problems with Russia that the other Baltics don't? It's a bit weird that they (other than Georgia/Ukraine, for obvious reasons) are the only ex-USSR country that keeps voting them down.

funny how in the past months he was talking how italy was robbed last year for winning televote and flopping in jury and now when russia is in the same position it's another story
