Yes it's a common thought that streaming "hinders album sales". That's why labels keep major albums off streaming at least initially. and i'm saying despite that, plenty of massive albums have strived with streaming so it really is a moot point. At the end of the day if someone wants to buy it they will and if they don't they won't.
Not really. I wouldn't have bought 25 if I could simply save it offline lol. If the labels use that mentality then surely there's a lot of statistics and research to support it

Or paranoia. If an album being available online stopped sales albums would be completely dead because of piracy at this point
