ok, but if you're saying this, the burden of proof is on you. what evidence do you have that this presents a significant risk towards women? and no, just saying "common sense" or whatever doesn't count. i want legitimate statistics that there's any significant level of women being hurt by this. no, a single case or two isn't good enough.
actually, part of the reason i don't understand this logic is that gay men and lesbian women go into bathrooms with the same gender all the time yet predation doesn't happen very often. or does sexual harassment only count when it's from a man to a woman? because men just can't control themselves or whatever? please.

no, i'm sure not a single woman has ever spoken out about this or even heard it exists. 50% of the US population has somehow been completely unaware of this debate and never gave an opinion on it, including women in congress. i'm really trying not to be too snarky here, but this statement is just ridiculous.

once again, i have absolutely no idea where you're getting that (false) .01% statistic from. and this logic makes no sense at all, actually. so just because a group isn't large, their rights don't matter at all?
and i don't understand your point about obama speaking about this issue, either. it's not like he can't talk about multiple things at once. if he's not talking about flint then i don't see how that has anything to do with the bathroom debate, considering it's not exactly impossible for him to speak about both at the same time.
