Why does every song have to have some kind of message that's being broadcast? 5 girls singing about "you aint gotta go to work" is supposed to be taken literally as some kind of anti-labour message? There's a different between singing a catchy pop song and penning thought-provoking lyrics that are to be studied and applied. When it comes to an act like Fifth Harmony I doubt it's the latter.
