I always find it interesting when intelligent people are racist, homophobic, pro-life, etc.
They must have some sort of different reasoning in their head that must make logical sense to them, but in actuality doesn't quite fit. They just don't quite see it, or they rationalize it away somehow.

I just think he's someone of a sound mind, so when I see that he has a different opinion on a topic like this, I find it fascinating. Usually people who are able to think and reason in a rational way, like Monte, don't have those opinions. It's an anomaly to me.
