Open it. There's a few options

Multiplayer - for online duels
AI mode - for battling / testing against the AI
Puzzle Mode - Eh.
Watch Replay - if you save any replays from online duels, you can watch them back here.
Deck Edit - to edit your decks.

I've never been able to summon it before now, and in our duels, I was able to play it 3x

The Blue-Eyes is my best deck for sure. It's just trying to not get dead-draw's sometimes, like I had at the start of the first match until I drew the stone.

yeah it was good but my draws 3 copies of that spell and even with 12 cards remaining in my deck i didnt draw it

Who? Me? I never really took a hiatus. I just don't usually pay attention to any new things. I have no clue how Pendulum works for example, and I usually float between YGO and Pokemon every few months, but I've never really taken a hiatus (except from a few years ago between GX and 5ds)
