Since when? I thought they stopped counting instant grats so that way CMA wouldn't **** up a song's charting. "Panda" will remain superior no matter what

It's also available on VEVO (granted its streams don't count for the Hot 100) and got at least 3M views on the format that week. The other songs would most likely get a streaming boost over "Formation" since they're not available on other formats.
I don't trust TIDAL at all, but there's nothing substantial to make Bey's numbers look unbelievable, especially when she's a known force on streaming sites that are more transparent with their views like VEVO and Spotify.
