you know i kind of understand bonnie's internalized hatred for katy perry
katy used the forever young concept (apparently bonnie's concept)
bonnie's been trying to use the concept/ vibe/feeling of teenage dream in her own songs ie: wasted youth & in the wild but none of them are as good as td obv
katy's forever glued to bonnie's entire pop career even american girl's still has katy's face
bonnie's always asked about katy perry 24/7 when it should be about her
Bonnie and Katy are both around the same age and they bonded over being struggling flops early on in their careers
I can kinda understand Bonnie's resentment @ Katy going on to build a huge a career on songs Bonnie wrote for her to be honest, the fact she owes so much to Katy as well probably makes her resent her even more
- she admits that the youth concept was something they both had a mutual fascination for
- the whole "teenage" concept was only because Benny told them to listen to Homecoming by the Teenagers.
