Work, Diamonds, WHYB, S&M were not by Calvin. No other pop artist uses repetitive hooks as much as Rihanna. It is to the point where she says the same word 70 plus times in 3 minutes. I posted a video earlier today of a guy in his 50s crying after listening to Born to Die. Many people are drawn to the dramatics and her singing in Born to Die as opposed to her later stuff. But BTD and Uv are both her best albums, can't make an argument for which is better.

It still surprises me Rihanna has never put out a Diplo song. They can do something amazing. I wonder if she does not like him. Many Carribean artists think Diplo is an exploiter or appropriator.

She actually sings 2 new lines for the second verse which is rare for her.

Ultraviolence and Honeymoon are both just so much better that I don't want to go back.
