Beyonce chose to release Q2, she chose to not promote that much, she chose to release in a way that doesn't result in a full week of sales and she chose to release no physical copies at this time. So how is any of that Taylor's fault for doing better than Beyonce

You completely missed my point. I was simply pointing out the differences between 1989 and Lemonade's releases that would result in different first week sales figures. I made ZERO implications as to what the numbers meant, I only pointed out the facts that their releases were quite different.
