Everyone has this vision of Eurovision as a rigged show but I think that's a very stupid assumption. Just yesterday I had a conversation with a friend of mine who stans like crazy for Eurovision and we agreed on several points (despite having opposite taste in Eurovision).

"Euphoria" was an obvious winner. That song made Eurovision sound COOL again in Europe, something that hadn't happen in a while. I had never seen an Eurovision song slaying iTunes like Loreen did. She brought the cool factor back and the song was great. Whoever denies that....... Poor.

As for "Only Teardrops"... Well 2013 was one of the weakest years of ALL time. "Only Teardrops" was an obvious fave as it was like the ONLY great song. There was no competition.

As for Mans last year... It was catchy, handsome man... What did you expect?

I still disagree. Obviously there are some things that are planned but not all of it. It's not aboug a country being able to afford it or not. Doesn't the organsation itself contributes for like 70-80% of the expenses of the entire thing? I do agree that some countries are not interested though.

La La Love was plain basic. Her voice and the staging didn't help at all. I will not have you coming for Euphoria when it's miles better than La La Love. It was obvious La La Love would not place anywhere near the Top 10 or Top 15.

Margaret is charting in Sweden, Poland and Russia (on the official charts) and Szpak is nowhere to be seen in Poland's own top 100 chart (he's never charted with his song), and some still think it was a good choice
