True, but single sales have never been equivelant to albums and we all know that. She will never see the success and acclaim that missy E has. Also I'm fully aware she performed with LMFAO as a guest star, neither of them are exactly what I would call super huge.
By trying to call nicki the biggest rapper, when she has only one album to sell over a million despite releasing like 7-8 singles per album and collabing with anybody she can. That's where you were being delusional. |

She shaded Iggy for not writing her own **** after Iggy had already tweeted some slick **** about her as well. I'd be shading downe too if people were pitting me against someone who wasn't on my level.
And I NEVER said that she tried to help other girls be successful. I said that she made it easier for them to be successful by reopening those doors that had been closed for a minute. Da Brat and Missy Elliott were working with Mariah Carey before Eve and Gwen even hooked up. Left Eye did a song with a Spice Girl. Lil Kim did Lady Marmalade.
Also, Nicki never sold out. She'd been incorporating pop into her music since her mixtape days. Even Roman Reloaded had an urban side. When she put out Starships, she also put out Beez In The Trap. Pound the Alarm and Right By My Side. Nevermind the outfits and bad wigs.
Missy Elliott comes from a different time period where albums were still selling decent amounts. Stop. The fact that Nicki is the only one out here still doing platinum at ALL speaks volumes. Nicki doing all those features is what helped get her to where she is. It's the same thing with Drake.
She still performed at the SB alongside a legendary female artist. That's something nobody did before her. They're not to ask a nobody to do that, so Idk why you're acting like she wasnt relevant .To say that Nicki isn't big or influential is just a flat out lie at this point.
