Something like it comes around with each new generation so it shouldn't be too long. Till then, get a Powersaves. You have access to all 6th gen events and you can just edit Pokémon that you hatch from eggs (how I gaurantee a legit Pokémon).
I feel like we should have an honorary tournament.
