Get To Work had 4 careers, Doctor, Scientist, Detective and Retail. Get To Work wasn't a business pack, just retail.
The amount of people that want to run business's is actually quite high, it was the #1 requested feature in The Sims 3. Toddlers are actually not that popular amongst the whole community, when The Sims 3 Generations came out, there was nothing for Toddlers. But something for every other life stage. A patch later made Toddlers able to use the stroller after complaints from Toddler fans.
EA have been ignoring Toddlers since the late Sims 2 days. Toddlers were only featured in games that use TS2 engine, The Sims 3 on certain platform skips them entirely. And they were the most ignored life stage during Sims 3 by EA.
Not saying I don't care that players don't get what they want, but I don't blame EA for appealing to the largest audience.
