LOL, the thing is, reality is like a set of dominos. Things happen for a reason, whether it be external or internal. If it not due to any of the external reasons you quoted, then it must be another external reason, or you think it is because of something implicit. You think that black people are just inherently more violent, or emotional, or whatever and that's quite ignorant and racist
I don't think any of the those things. When you start shifting responsibility and claiming that external factors control someone's behaviour, then no one can be held accountable for anything, because there's always external influences involved.
