I finished reading the Chinese law (I snatched this from my Chinese friend) and it pretty much confirmed that the ban is just temporary.

They can ban whatever goes against their standard. Just like Fan Bing Bing recent dramas, guud sis Bing had to cut off some hot scenes like the bath scenes. Because if she didn't, ha product would never have a chance to see the light.

The law is applied to everyone.
