a) Why would she care? Madonna for example pissed off a WHOLE lot of people throughout her career, think Erotica or American Life, yet she's undoubtly a legendary artist.
b) She already directly made a comment on how she feels about this subject. People, who drag her for this, were never her fans anyways and only use this opportunity to bash her.
All in all, she's not losing. Even if people detest her, try to make her look like satan herself, the majority (meaning the one's with brains) will get her and see how amazing she is.
