Songs get leaked because the CD is currently getting pressed and sent for shipment.
These promo songs get sent out to radio stations just to get some minor plays (not an official radio add).
It's being passed around a bunch of labels (hers and Lil Wayne's) for approval. Being sent to some dedicated fans who aid her promo teams.
Music is sent around globally for promotions. To multiple publications so they can put up reviews as soon as the song goes live.
Her music has basically passed through hundreds of hands and with a high profile artist a leak happens easily.
There's also the chance that this was leaked by her own team to hype her up with the urban market a bit more.
