I'm telling y'all the geepee will see the light(house) and vote for the original, outstanding song and raw talent hidden behind a certain not-so-attractive face. No, I'm not talking about Sergey's lipless square face.
It's interesting how the gheys changed their minds about Russia since last year when there was a female performer singing her heart out and hitting every single note effortlessly – still, she was booed.
Give Sergey Moldova's song, and y'all would still be stanning (and he'd still be #1 in the odds, just because it's Russia).
The basic You Are The Only One is still better than the even more basic A Million Voices.
And even tho Polina did her best with her limited voice we all know Sergey is the better vocalist. Let's not.
Anyone mind explaining the new voting system in details? I get that we first get the jury votes (1-8, 10, 12 pts from each country) but I'm not quite sure about the rest.

Watch this video with the current pointless voting system on last year's scoreboard.
Why is anyone possibly complaining about Nina? She's bringing an outstanding neofolk song, different from anything else this year. She has outstanding vocals. Her song's lyrics actually make sense!
She's standing out by not being basic unlike certain overrated acts, she deserves all the respect.
The main reason why I want Nina to win is that I'm disgusted by the fact that the juries awarded that basic act last year when the televoters wanted something not commercial at all to win. I wouldn't be able to stand another generic, uninspired winner this year, with badly-written lyrics and votes achieved thanks to the looks rather than the song itself. It's time for quality to come through.
I just re-listened to Poland's song (a hazardous move, I know), and I'm appalled by the accent. The music is great, and the song would be passable if he made an effort to sing with a decent accent... but that's simply ear-bleeding.
If anyone is pandering to gays, it's countries that are sending basic pop songs and hot male singers. There's literally nothing about Lighthouse that's supposed to pander to the LGBT community.
