That's so ugly though, I would rather just keep it Talk That Balkan Talk even though I recognize the problematic nature of the name. At the end of the day, the people who come into this thread come to speak Serbo-Croatian and it's not like Bulgarians and Albanians are shoo'd away. It's just, why would you come in here when you're already outnumbered?
Another good option would be to change it altogether. Not include the term Ex-YU because that's ugly, but maybe use a slogan or other sort of reference that all the people that post in here (i.e. people from Ex-YU) would recognize.
