I did some research and it isn't that easy, even with a proxy. You can technically DL an app via iTunes, but you first need to create an US iTunes account and you need a gift card (cuz it won't be free) and then later a proxy to watch via browser.

Ain't nobody got time for that and I don't see the problem with watching it via live stream. I watch award shows via live stream all the time and I've never had trouble finding one. I'm sure the Hive is gonna provide us with links.
