VEVO's official website > some twitter accounts playing 'first!!1'. It didn't reach 100M 'til the 29th of March.

And yeah, the app is unreliable because it rounds the last figures up (I checked the app myself and it said it was at 100M in small view, but clicking on the video showed it at 99,XXX,XXX.

I just don't get the point of faking views for a matter of days.
