Just watched Thanatomorphose. The ending was probably one of the most disturbing scenes I've ever seen.

I suppose the entire film is strange; a lot of people might not like it because it's boring or whatever aside from relentless gore, but the metaphor of emotional death as physical death was great.

if anyone has any recent release recommendations please throw em at me, I still haven't gotten to watching The Invitation yet but since I'm 100% free tonight I want to watch a couple of films back to back

The Invitation just slayed my existence. Tammy Blanchard's performance, the cinematography, wondering if Will lost his damn mind . I legit thought that Will was going crazy for a bit after Choi came back. Then, I thought he would snap and kill everyone after he pushed Sadie, but before Gina collapsed. The ending with the lanterns was so insane.

The tension and atmosphere of the movie. The way things ramped up QUICK in the last part.

Girl House has such a hilarious plot

HUSH was really enjoyable and intense to watch. At least for me. There have been so many home invasion movies but I feel like this one stands out because the victim has no sense of hearing, which really played well through out the film because as she's maneuvering through the house she has no idea how much noise she may be making or how close the killer may or may not be.

Her character wasn't a cliche, she was very skillful and didn't go down without a fight. I instantly jumped up from my couch in surprise when he was in the bathtub behind her and she felt the air of his breath on the back of her neck. That scene was pure perfection.

Also, with HUSH: I kept wondering why she didn't use her house phone? granted she's deaf, but I would have at least called 911 and left the phone off the hook, hoping that the 911 dispatcher would send a cop out to investigate.

I honestly thought it was one of the most intense movies I've seen in a while because I kept trying to put myself in her shoes. I have a newfound fear of becoming deaf thanks to this movie

Watched Exam today. Not really a horror, but I've seen it being mentioned couple of times here.

It's a fun movie to watch. White was annoying af, love that Blonde won in the end.
