What are according to you wasted mon. I really feel the Skitty Line is one. I feel they could have made the line more interesting. I don't like it that it is just a normal-type line and it's movepool of both Skitty and especially Delcatty is meh. Also the Moon Stone evolution felt random enough. The only reason I could think of is that cats are out at night and get ' exposed' to the moon
I even first thought because I got Sapphire and looked at the boxart that Skitty was supposed to be a water type
idk why though
I had NO clue what to do for them.
