Well.....I upgraded my tickets, but it took me two hours and 6 sets of tickets to make it right. I go online and see they have my same section but row 2 instead of my old tickets in row 20. I've upgraded with Ticketmaster before and it's usually easy, just a straight exchange or a small upgrade fee if the ticket prices are different, that didn't happen today. I waited on hold for 15 min, the guy gets on the phone and finds the better tickets and instead of exchanging them he adds another ticket to my order, bringing my total to over $500. I freaked out and said no I want to exchange my 2 tickets for 2 more, he then charges my card another $350 for tickets I DIDN'T EVEN WANT

and when he realizes the mistake he freaks out on the call and says he'll refund my money. THEN, the call drops and I have to call back but I was on hold for almost 40 minutes, finally when I get on the phone with another representative who actually knew what they were doing I was finally upgraded and I made sure they refunded my money. That was the biggest struggle, Bad Gal better be worth it!
