I remember it like it was yesterday. It was summer and I had nothing to do that day. I knew there was a chance of tying the record but the Cats (Sammy especially) were really pessimistic and people were trying to predict the #1 with radio numbers and sales and LFN would always come second. Just couple of hours left before the reveal...I've decided to go to the beach and swim for some short time, I play all the previous #1s on my way . I come back, turn my laptop on, I check the Billboard, refresh the site 2-3 times until article is published and there it is ... She did it, she's a certified legend now. I'm jumping and screaming for a whole minute (Thank god, I'm home alone) . I go to Atrl, there's already a thread, hundreds of people there, either celebrating or having a meltdown.
