I just hope Anti gets some sort of recognition she really worked her ass off. ( There was a time when I thought the album was gonna be horrible, things were so messy) but instead it's my favorite & there's clear growth on the album

Well it's true. Rih's lack of recognition in the general categories is sad. Part of it is marketing and timing, but other things are def at play.

The one thing I had faith in during the entire mess was the music. I'm so glad she delivered and proved people wrong. I'm so excited to see where she'll go from here. She basically has the ability to combine and slay any genre she fancies I'm still waiting for the funk song our generation deserves

(I just realized Uptown Funk lowkey ruined that dream of mine, but she can do it better and nastier tbh)

I'm still iffy about the dual release, namely because both singles have crossover potential and pitting them together makes me sad. But I've heard both on the radio intersecting with WORK and I'm happy

A good 5/6 of them are obsessed with Rihanna period. They can deny it all they want. The constant threads and posts speak for themselves.

There's no negative reviews to go off of, so folks are stuck searching for other things to drag with.

There's a lot of hypocrisy on here. I think it's great Ye was able to go number 1 but it's funny how 70% of his units are from streaming and it's "historic" and praised yet Anti went number 1 for the second time all hell broke loose.

My only thing with the dual release is I think she released the video way too early. She should've waited like two weeks after the single announcement for radio to pick it up.

Plus without a televised performance there's but so much that will do to push it.

I'm on the fence with the rumor. Part of me thinks that's just the Navy reaching and being hopeful but at the same time during the Antidiary thing duality was common theme.

So a re-release or extension is plausible. I deff don't think we'll get a brand new album/era soon.
