No. Everything there is to know about Hillary is already out there and the large proportion of Americans are aware of her history.
At this point, they could bring up almost anything and it wouldn't make a difference.
Trump: "Hillary, you are corrupt. The emails. The emails people, listen to me. This is a huge issue and something very bad that she has done. She used private emails. What was she sending on these private emails? She says she released all her emails but we know that isn't true. You are a nasty person, Hillary. A nasty person".
Clinton: "No, I did release all my private emails. However, if you want to talk about corruption, let's talk about Trump University. Conning all those people out of their money. Let's talk about all of your bankruptcies. Let's talk about the fact that you don't even have the faintest idea of what the average American goes through and the barriers they face. Trump: "Yeah yeah, whatever. She says all of this, yet she accepted donations in 2008 from me with the promise that she'd do favors for my business". (This is one thing that could possibly come up - he is a liar after all).
Clinton: "I'd like to see the proof of that. You're a compulsive liar, Donald. This is the man who said he wants to block every Muslim in the world from entering the US. That's one third of the worlds population. Just think about that. Just think how irrational and dangerous such statements are. Think about how much it further destabilizes the Middle East"

But you get the idea. Hillary would decimate Donald in a debate. Kasich... that would be difficult. Cruz, would be less difficult, but would be more difficult than Trump.
