Nope.
Physically, Tsunade is much stronger. She's a Senju & an Uzumaki product combined, hence her surviving being cut in half and her being able to lift Gamabunta's sword with ease and striking Manda with precision. She was breaking Jiraiyas bones around 12 and Hashirama even commented that 16 year Sakura's strength rivaled Tsunade (however, the last time Hashirama saw Tsunade was when she was a kid) so that's is not a good example. Tsunade is naturally strong; she can simply enhance with her chakra, which turns her powerful strength into something greater, which is what she taught Sakura.
Healing, they're on the same level.
The one shot actually built Sarada's character really well

. Also if Kishi actually progressed her character equally with Naruto and Sasuke then it would have been an interesting battle to say the least.
