Empire was GARBAGE since the pilot. Black people only pretended they liked because of social obligation and white people only pretended they liked to not seem racist and to be down with the homies.
My mom is about as white and middle-class as one can get and she LOVES Empire. Cookie is her idol (weird and scary; should probably run away...)
all the budget wasted without return, no wonder KIB and Work cost 10$ to make
