Not sound-wise, but theme wise. They both reminisce about the different ages of their past life and think about what their future ages will bring. I prefer the French song though.

Actually I believe my exact submission was something like "I spent almost an hour looking for something and couldn't find ANYTHING, so I give up. At least this category will be worth one less point now."
