No it won't
Bernie said he needed the paper in front of him. I don't know why people are expecting to have these minute details in the back of his brain somewhere. He has more important stuff to worry about.

I think the Republicans have already decided that he's the lesser of 2 evils and they will swallow their pride....the Republican voters have HAD it with the establishment, literally the worst thing that the party could do at this point is disregard 60-70% of the voters who have chosen to vote for the outsider candidates (Trump, Cruz, Carson) in this election cycle

And yes, trying to appeal to the emotions of people by using the deaths of children to attack your opponents opposition to gun manufacturers being held accountable for the decision people make is politicizing.
Bernie is not wrong in his thinking. They did not break the law so why is he being shamed for holding that position? Because it looks good politically for Clinton.
Miss me with the ******** today Hillary Bots.

Can we just try to have a reasonable conversation? I didn't call you or anyone else names. I have treated you and every other person in this thread with respect, regardless of who they support. So please treat me with respect.
All gun deaths are real problems that can be solved through policy. This includes when children die. If we had laws on the book like Denmark, then that probably wouldn't happen. Are you denying any of this?
That gun deal may not have broke the law, which is why Hillary wants to change the law, so it doesn't happen again.

I don't expect candidates to know every detail of every policy they propose but they should absolutely know the details of the policies that are central to their campaigns

wait what??? you can't tell that's what she is saying? is the delusion causing this or are you blind?
also, i'm sure the video of her saying the exact same thing as he is saying can be found as well, it is just more powerful with him filling in her words like she is britney spears.

The interview wasn't bad at all but Clinton needs something to stop Sanders because her continuing to lose like this looks bad for her.
Fortunately anytime Clinton tries to attack someone (whether it's Obama in 08 or whatever) it ends up backfiring on her. Her friends in the media will continue to push it, even if most people already don't trust them or her.

Not you getting upset over Hillary Bots. Its meant to be a joke, like Bernie Bros.
And who's saying the policy doesn't need to be changed? My point is that the manufacturers are not responsible for what happened. They didn't even sell the guns to the killer. Didn't his mom buy them?
Truth be told, there is no solution. This country is too far gone with it's guns to see real change happen and you can't go against the constitution and start taking guns away. You can only pass legislation to help the problem which Bernie supports. But suing gun companies is not the answer.

Yes it will. Just wait until the debate. This combined with the newly released Sandy Hook controversy are a lethal dose.

Try to work on your ****ing favorability rating instead of slingering mud Bernie's way. It ain't like you're losing.

Can someone give me a dumbed-down, tl;dr account of where you are in the election process?
I'd like to know just how terrified of the future I should be

YOU guys told me "he calls him self a socialist" "he's a communist" etc. The Republicans already know about Bernie's negatives and yet, the Republicans still prefer him over Hillary
It's time to face the facts: Hillary is pretty much universally hated by the Republicans, and no amount of attacking will cause Bernie to be hated more than her.

There are 21 places left that need to vote.
As of right now the two worst choices on either side are in the lead. Bernie still has a chance to beat Hillary and the Republicans might end up picking someone else besides Trump, but we don't know for sure.

This sums up the case for liability.
Quote:
A key moment had come in 1985 in Maryland, where the state's highest court had upheld a judgment against the maker of a Saturday Night Special used to shoot a grocery store worker in the chest.
The guns were cheap, easily concealable and so inaccurate that they were useless for any legitimate activity, the court found; the manufacturer "knows or ought to know that the chief use of the product is for criminal activity."
|
The question that follows, what else would those guns be used for? Fishing? Target practice?
There is no solution? You can change the constitution if that is what it takes. There have been 27 amendments to the constitution, it is not impossible to have a 28th. I know that's probably not going to happen, but neither is anything Hillary or Bernie has been saying will probably happen. It's about building a case for the future. If we never talk about it will never. Also, it is not universally accepted that the 2nd amendment protects an individual's right to carry a firearm for self defense.
See Distrcit of Columbia v Heller and McDonald v City of Chicago. That is the first time SCOTUS decided that individuals can keep and bear arms for self defense. Those were 5-4 decisions. Now with Scalia gone, a new court could reverse that.
