In Africa, face painting is used in cultural ceremonies like weddings, rituals, drumming and dancing events, traditional festivals and various special occasions.
Personally, we have done this for some cultural shows here. We even wore grass skirts and bone necklaces. Omg. We must be racist. That's not what Africa is like!!1!
The fact that you tag this as "black face" shows your lack of understanding and misinterpretation of a sensitive cultural issue.
Beyoncé is black. She can't do black face. It's that simple.
