hi im 16 going on 17 and i have hard lumps benief both my nipples , i have had these for more than 3 years but less than 4 i think its time i should get it sergucly rmoved as it so embarrising , i walk with my shoulders forward to cover them up . in the long term i will get very bad backs . havng this completly removed all my confidence . i do everything to avoid taking my top off. i dont go on hoildays or even think about getting into relationships to save myself embarresment. Im goin to docs soon and i will reply here with what he said.
