I rly can't with Bey. She mustve cackled so hard when ST was so successful in 2013 because bish KNEW B6 was going to murder 2016. She mustve been like "whew, if ST already did so well with barely any promo, let's see how they are going to cope if I go full out with my next project including controversy, full media coverage, etc"

it's still incredible to me how many views those unoffiicial videos of Formation get on Youtube. She already had one with 10+ mio views which got deleted, now she has a new one with 10 mio views which is probably going to get deleted soon... She couldve easily had another 100+ mio video with Formation if she made it official.

It doesn't make sense. Why would she do an album announcement through Elle? Furthermore, why would she not mention it at all on any of her social medias? I mean, Elle doesn't even have that many followers on instagram or twitter. She'd get more coverage by just announcing it on her own personal page. I think it's just going to be a cover.
If it's just a cover, I am so done. Letting us all get excited for our cover. It's like the Vegan thing again. If it is a cover, it better have the album name, release date, and information about it. If not, I'm going to be pissed!

It depends on the cover itself imho plus the headline. If the picture is as epic as the Garage cover, if the headline or the description reveals the title name, Im more than satisfied with the hype. After all, it's just a magazine cover and it's starting the era officially, which Im totally fine with.
It would be kind of cool if they add exclusive picures of the movie/the videos in their entire story with Bey, similar like Anime magazines are used to reveal exclusive details on games.

It's not their or Bey's fault that posters like yourself are getting over hyped. It's obviously just the cover of the magazine. The interview will likely come out on the 8th when the magazine goes live online.

They are posting at 15 minute intervals, meaning that they'll finish at 3pm, which is in 20 minutes.
