Yes but Bieber has more longevity, and he will still achieve as the years go by. Gaga is a 2009-2012 artist and it looks like it won't change soon. Britney beat Beyonce in all those things (when you adjust for the same climate) but Beyonce is bigger since she had much more longevity. It's kinda the same situation here.
