Sometimes I wish I would have been born in the US cause of all these teenage movies and MTV shows. The concept of High School/College and all these typical school activities just seemed so cool. Like...It was so lame here in Germany in comparison.

(Even though MTV Made showed me that It's obviously only fun when you're like Ryan Gosling)

a person that I went to high school with who was one grade below me ended up becoming addicted to heroin and murdered a girl 15 minutes from my house to get more money for drugs so you know that's just great

i don't know about other people's, but my high school really wasn't like the TV shows with the popular kids ruling the school and the football stars and whatever else. everyone mostly just kept to themselves and their friend group. then again, i went to the nerdy specialty school where a large number of people thought it was cool to watch my little pony, so maybe that's not accurate for everyone...
